Tests on the Site

The Site provides interactive exam practice for You. You submit your response to the relevant questions related to Your exam to Us through iTests.com(the Site).

Marking of Tests and Review of Results

Marking of your test response is automated and immediate through our software on the Site. No software or other material need be downloaded by you. Each test may only be taken once.
You will be able to review your results and progress if you take more than one test, for a period of at least 12 months following submission of your response.

Access to the Site

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of these terms.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Site.  Access to the site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on the Site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the site is unavailable at any time or for any period save as described below.

Liability

Whilst we consider our marking software to be effective and efficient, we cannot be held liable for any complaints or problems you may have with the service. However, if there is a problem with your internet connection during your test, you will be able to restart the test when the connection resumes. Otherwise, we do not accept any liability for any error or omission. Use of this Site is at your own risk. We shall not be liable for any third party claims or losses of any nature including, but not limited to, loss of profits, direct, indirect, special or consequential damages arising from a third party's use or inability to use this Site.
Please note also that the mark given to your test should not be relied on when assessing your further study requirements. Achieving a pass through this Site does not guarantee a pass under normal examination conditions.

Personal data

We use the personal data we collect from you only for the purposes of providing the services to you. We may transfer your data to our affiliates or trusted third parties outside the EU for the same purposes. We will only use your email address for marketing purposes where you have given your consent.

Account history

You will be able to access a record of your account history with the site from the ‘My Account’ page. 

Money stored on site

If you add credit to the site but do not spend it all, we will close your account after 12 months of inactivity and the funds will be lost. We will send warnings to you in advance of this closure.
